  • What products do we offer?
    We specialize in authentic South Indian snacks made using traditional recipes and high‑quality ingredients.

  • Where are the snacks produced?
    Our products are manufactured in certified facilities in India, ensuring authenticity and quality.

 

Ordering & Payment

  • How do I place an order?
    Simply add your desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer service immediately if changes are required.

 

Shipping

  • How much does shipping cost?

       We offer simple, affordable shipping rates based on your order weight:

       Order Weight Shipping Fee

       Up to 800g (≈4 snacks) €2.50

       800g – 1.2kg (≈5–6 snacks) €3.50

       1.2kg – 2.6kg (≈7–11 snacks) €4.99

       2.6kg – 3kg (≈12–13 snacks) €5.40

       Over 3kg Automatically calculated at checkout

       You’ll always see the final shipping cost before completing your order.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

       We ship via DHL Paket, and most orders arrive within 3–5 business days across Germany.

       You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Is there free shipping?

       Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over €40 – no code needed.

     💡 Tip: That’s about 13–14 snacks. Great for families, gifting, or stocking up!

  • What is the minimum order?

       To maintain quality and reduce shipping costs, we currently have a minimum order of 4 items.

  • Do you ship outside Germany?

       Right now, we only ship within Germany – but we’re working on expanding to more countries soon. Stay tuned!

  • What shipping options are available?
    We offer standard and express shipping within Germany, as well as international shipping to selected destinations. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information.

  • How can I track my order?
    A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Use this number on our courier partner’s website to monitor delivery status.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. Detailed instructions are provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?
    Please contact our customer service with your order number and a description of the issue. We will issue a Return Authorization and provide return instructions.

  • Are your snacks vegetarian or vegan?
    Most of our snacks are vegetarian. Please refer to individual product descriptions for dietary specifics.
