Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht):
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal section of our Terms and Conditions.
This right does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery, or to goods that spoil quickly or whose best-before date would soon be exceeded (Section 312g(2) nos. 2 and 4 of the German Civil Code, BGB). As most of our products are sealed food items, this exclusion applies to the majority of orders once the packaging has been opened.
