Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Domestic (Germany):

• Standard Shipping (Via DHL) : Delivery within 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping (Via DHL) : Delivery within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

• Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7-14 business days (via DHL or local partners). Additional customs fees or duties may apply (responsibility of the customer).

Packaging:

Our South Indian snacks are carefully packaged in temperature‑controlled, secure packaging to ensure optimum freshness and quality during transit.

Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may apply for orders exceeding a specified value. 

Returns Eligibility:

• Damaged or Defective Products:If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Incorrect Deliveries:If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately.

• Non-Returnable Items:Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, returns for personal taste preferences or ordering errors are not accepted.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@nammasnacks.de or call 017642998874 with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Return Authorization:Our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipment:Return the product in its original condition and packaging using a traceable shipping service.

For damaged/defective items, we will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds:Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Exchanges:If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht):

As per German law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@nammasnacks.de with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the returned product must be in its original condition and packaging.
