Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to monitor your order's progress.

Returns Eligibility:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Incorrect Deliveries: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, returns for personal taste preferences or ordering errors are not accepted.

Return Process:

2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipment: Return the product in its original condition and packaging using a traceable shipping service.

For damaged/defective items, we will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

As per German law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the returned product must be in its original condition and packaging.
